NFL DRAFT

All32: Mock Draft Recap- Chargers

The Chargers are a team that I actually like the core of their team. Anytime you think you have your QB of the future locked in, you are in a good position. Their biggest need is along the offensive line and they address that early!

Seth Williams, WR, Auburn – Scouting Report

2020 was a regression year for Williams as he had a career-high in drops with eight and looked disinterested at times, showing his frustration with quarterback Bo Nix. This season will drive the “what have you done for me lately” crowd, but Williams has an impressive resume with a multi-sport background that warrants him another look as a future NFL starter.

2021 Madden Devy Mock

With Madden season in full swing, most enthusiasts will be looking to edit player ratings to their liking and create the players they want to see in the game. As much as this game is updated every year, those of us who love college football want to see our favorite players in the game sooner rather than later. In Madden that is. Understanding the excitement and anxiousness of using the college stars of the NFL’s future now, I decided to make this fun and put together a 2021 NFL mock draft with every college football prospect available to be drafted. Why not see what it would look like if all college players were eligible now, Madden style? The draft order is based on Lasvegassportsbetting.com odds to win Super Bowl 55 as of the end of July 2020, according to Bravado sportsbook.

August Mockarena: 5 Round 2021 Rookie Mock Draft

Even though it seems like college football season is finally approaching, I don’t think anyone is confident about it. We do know two things though. One, the list of players and conferences who have opted out of the 2020 season is growing, and two, the 2021 NFL Draft is happening next spring. In an attempt to make some sense of the uncertainty, we’ve mocked out five rounds of a fantasy rookie draft using a pool of players who are eligible for the 2021 NFL Draft.

DiRienzo’s 2020 Metric Big Board

Below is a breakdown of what you need to know while looking over the big board. All NFL Combine data comes from Zach Whitman at Three Sigma Athlete.

April Mockarena: Combined 2020 Rookie and Devy Mock Draft

One of our readers emailed and asked if we had plans to produce anything where we ranked 2020 rookies and Devy prospects together. We didn’t at the time, but since spring football doesn’t have our undivided attention right now and we are always down for a mock draft, we knocked out a 12-team, 5-round Superflex mock draft where the draft pool is made up of both 2020 rookies and Devy prospects

Using NFL Combine Stats To Predict Success: 2020 RBs

Another year, another combine has come and gone. Once again, the tape vs analytics debate rages on as draft pundits react, and often times overreact, to how the combine went for certain players. Some have even downgraded players for lack of participation, which is somewhat puzzling to me. But I digress…

For Dynasty purposes, things can become quite convoluted and confusing for those wondering who to draft. Well, here I will try to help make things a bit clearer by using combine performances to help predict future success.
