We conducted 14 Superflex Devy Mocks since the beginning of February. Now is the perfect time to find out who has either risen or fallen over time. Today, I look at who’s risen the most from the first seven mocks to the last seven mocks. I found 17 prospects who have risen at least 10 spots.

No surprise, Trey Lance makes this list and tops it at that. Nobody has received more hype over the last month than the North Dakota State QB. While I like Lance, his hype is getting overblown. Over the last seven mocks, he has an average draft position of 80th, which is reasonable. However, anything before the 6th round is too rich for my blood. Devy Watch favorite Treylon Burks is finally getting proper love after being overlooked during the first half of this year’s mocks. He was only drafted twice, both times being in the 10th round. Jahmyr Gibbs is the third and final prospect that has risen at least two and a half rounds.

Three out of the next four risers all reside in Columbus, Ohio. Jeremy Ruckert, Trey Sermon, and Gee Scott Jr. have all risen a round and a half. Sermon gets a nice bump after leaving Oklahoma and finding his way to fill the void of JK Dobbins to the NFL and Master Teague to a ruptured Achilles. Two Carolina Tar Heels, Dyami Brown and Dazz Newsome, both have climbed up the ADP ranks. During the first half of the mocks, Newsome was only selected twice, both times being in the tenth and final round.

The next three spots in our ADP risers all belong to incoming freshmen. All have seen a full round bump in ADP. Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Marshawn Lloyd have become regulars in the sixth round of mocks. Jase McClellan joins a loaded Crimson Tide backfield. While I love his talent, playing time will be hard to come by during his first couple of years on campus.

Two prospects that have seen a decent bump, but should be going even higher, are Brennan Eagles and Jerome Ford. They have jumped up at least 10 spots since mocks began. Personally, I would be taking each of these prospects a full one- to two-rounds earlier than where they have been drafted.

ADP Fallers.
