January Mockarena: 2021 Devy Mock Draft

As we pulled all of the 2021 rookies out of our rankings in preparation for the 2021 Devy Watch guide, we thought it would be a good idea to start landscaping the new devy scene. There's no better way to do that than with a mock draft. Since our Devy Watch guide will be published a little later this year, you can count on the players below being somewhere in the top 100 if you draft before the tentative March 1st release date.
