I am using the term "impact" liberally. I've attempted to identify several players at every position that could make a 2020 impact in college fantasy. The landscape isn't settled as many talented players will likely de-commit, and many haven't committed at all yet. I'm in the infantile stages of identifying which players are both talented and will have opportunities to produce as freshmen. This list will consist primarily of the highest-rated players in the 247Sports ranks, and I will do a follow-up piece on impact freshmen once I am more familiar with the prospects, we know which players are moving on from teams, and which coaches will be hired at each school.
