Week 1 helps us to begin to suss out which players are pretenders and which are contenders. In some cases, we got the clarity that we desired. In others, the waters are just as murky. I've included a large contingent of players that I'm either attempting to land in my leagues, or I've made a note to monitor their usage in week two. These players are listed in alphabetical order. Unfortunately, with it being a Holiday Weekend, I don't have the time to rank them appropriately. I plan to write up some extended thoughts and publish them tomorrow. I plan to touch on many of these players in that article but wanted to get this out on Monday, to be relevant for the majority of league's waiver runs.
