Welcome to week ten and there is a lot to discuss. Over 60 prospects graded with draft grades and full week stats provided. Find out which players are rising and falling in the week ten edition of the Devy Stock Report.
At this point in the season, we have a general idea of who these players are and how we value them. Draft capital is a great predictor of hit rate so this weekly stock report will focus on the players that will provide day one through early day three capital. Who will rise and who will fall, we continue to monitor and answer this question.

WEEK 10 RISING STOCK
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State vs. Nebraska
Stats: 15 rec / 240 yards / 1 TD / 18 targets
Both Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson returned to be the starters once again for the Buckeyes with what should have been Jaxon Smith-Njigba sprinkled in. We are in week 10 and Smith-Njigba leads the Ohio State receivers with 888 yards and 2.80 yards per pass attempt. Many in the devy community assumed he would come close to breaking out this season, but Smith-Njigba has exceeded expectations. After a record-breaking performance against Nebraska, it will be interesting to see how the targets are distributed once Garrett Wilson returns. Regardless, Smith-Njigba is deserving of a 5th star and that gives Ohio State three 5-star devy prospects. CJ Stroud is one lucky QB.
Rachaad White, RB, Arizona State vs. USC
Stats: 28 carries / 202 yards / 3 TD / 7.2 YPC – 2 rec / 35 yard / 3 targets
In one game, Rachaad White was able to check off numerous boxes in my RB evaluation process. Athleticism, mental processing, vision, play strength, tenacity, ability to create on his own, etc. His cut to evade the defender and break through the open middle lane was incredible. He was able to shift his body weight and get so low on that cut that most other RBs would have to come to an almost complete stop. White has been on the devy radar for a while, but it’s time to give him respect for his gamer play. He’s most likely a mid-late round pick, but based on my eval of him, it would not surprise me if an NFL team has a day two grade.
Charleston Rambo, WR, Miami vs. Georgia Tech
Stats: 7 rec / 210 yards / 1 TD / 10 targets
When Charleston Rambo transferred to Miami, there wasn’t much optimism considering the development and opportunity for receivers seemed minimal. Rambo has really come on this season and over the past three weeks with Tyler Van Dyke under center, Rambo has shined. He was named ACC Receiver of the week in week 10 for his performance and there is no reason to think this should end anytime soon. Rambo currently has an aDOT of 11.5, 2.58 yards per route run, 2.59 yards per team pass attempt, and a weighted dominator of 28.33% (weight DR is a ratio of 25%rec/50%yards/25%TD). His slight frame and lack of use on special teams could limit his potential draft capital, but he is doing everything right to elevate himself this season.
Beaux Collins, WR, Clemson vs. Louisville
Stats: 6 rec / 104 yards / 1 TD / 10 targets
There have been slight glimpses of what Beaux Collins could be, but this game against Lousiville put him on the map. Collins had seen his targets go up weekly, but 10 targets in the last game really showed Clemson wants to get him more involved in the offensive plan. With Ross and Ngata firm starters, Collins could begin eating his way into the target share which will say a lot for his profile early on in his career.
WEEK 10 FALLING STOCK
Malik Willis, QB, Liberty vs. Ole Miss
Stats: 16/25 / 173 yards / 3 INTS – 27 carries / 71 yards / 1 TD
Scouts have their must-watch games when it comes to prospects. For Malik Willis, this is one of those games. The intrigue in upside is understood with a prospect such as him, but there are red flags that can’t go noticed, and not reading defenses and holding the ball too long are detrimental to a QB profile. There is the other side of this which is history. Jordan Love had 17 interceptions his final year in college and was drafted in the first round. Josh Allen had 5 INTs against Nebraksa and showed accuracy issues but that didn’t stop him from being a top ten pick. It sure seems like the media scouts like Willis more than the NFL, but it only takes one team for Willis to have draft capital and be a fantasy asset. For now, He looks every bit of a mid-round prospect.
Max Duggan, QB, TCU vs. Baylor
Stats: N/A
This one is simple. Max Duggan showed the upside with his athleticism, arm strength, and creativity, but there are serious mental processing issues that will keep him from being even a college starter. At this point, he is safely and firmly not a devy asset until further notice.
